Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore team up in this 2004 romantic comedy, and it's a must-see for anyone who loves wacky romantic comedies with some heartfelt moments. The imaginative premise for some great comedic moments: a man has to repeatedly win over his love interest because she has amnesia.
PEN15: Complete Season 2 (Hulu Original)
There's a lot of buzz about this cringe comedy, and it's only available on Hulu. PEN15 captures all of the awkwardness and hilarity of middle school, and the first season, which aired in February 2019, received rave reviews, earning a 93% "fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Now that season 2 is coming out, we should all make sure to tune in.
Twilight (2008)
Who doesn't love supernatural romance? Hulu's got fans of Bella and Edward covered in September, showing not only Twilight, but also New Moon, Eclipse, and both parts of Breaking Dawn. That's right, they've got the whole Twilight saga on display in September, so you'd better grab your popcorn!

Woke: Complete Season 1 (Hulu Original)
A new Hulu original series, Woke is about a Black cartoonist who is on the verge of success, when he is confronted by overly aggressive police. The interaction changes his life, and he is forced to deal with the racism he encounters on an everyday basis. The series includes live-action and animated sequences, and it airs on Hulu on September 9th.
Outbreak (1995)
An infected monkey brings a deadly airborne Ebola-like virus to America, killing people at an epidemic rate, and Army doctors have to find a way to stop it. Given current events, this star-studded movie is more relevant than ever.
The Last House On The Left (1972)
Written and directed by horror guru Wes Craven, The Last House on the Left is an exploitation horror movie based on Ingmar Berman's The Virgin Spring. As Wes Craven's directorial debut, this movie is great for anyone with a strong stomach and absolutely no fear.
Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle (2004)
What's better for taking your mind off things than a zany stoner comedy like Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle? All these two guys wanted was to get some burgers to ease their munchies, and they end up going on a wacky adventure that is credited with re-launching Neil Patrick Harris' career.
Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay (2008)
John Cho and Kal Penn teamed up again for this wild sequel, and it lives up to the original. After satisfying their White Castle cravings, Harold and Kumar hop on a plane to meet up with Harold's love interest, but things get real when Kumar is accused of terrorism. If that isn't a great setup for a high-stakes zany comedy, I don't know what is.
Mississippi Burning (1988)
This stirring crime thriller stars Gene Hackman and Willem Dafoe as FBI agents with clashing worldviews. The two FBI agents are investigating the murder of civil rights workers in Jessup County, Mississippi, and end up uncovering a conspiracy of silence.
Rambo (2008)
This is the fourth installment of the action-packed Rambo series, co-written and directed by Sylvester Stallone himself, who also stars in the movie. The movie follows John Rambo as he leads a group of mercenaries into Burma to rescue captured Christian missionaries.
The Terminator (1984)
The Terminator is a classic action movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as a cyborg assassin sent back in time to kill Sarah Connor. The Terminator serves up your daily required doses of action and nostalgia, and I think I'm going to settle in and watch it tonight.
Not Another Teen Movie (2001)
A young Chris Evans stars in this brilliant parody of teen movies from The Breakfast Club to She's All That. The movie delivers a laugh a minute in a non-stop send-up of the common tropes and plots of movies aimed at teens. If you grew up watching John Hughes movies, you should definitely give this a watch.
The Birdcage (1997)
Robin Williams, Nathan Lane, and Hank Azaria star in this heartwarming and hilarious LGBTQ cult classic about love, family, and acceptance. The movie centers on Hank Azaria's character, a straight man raised by the owners of a drag cabaret (Williams and Lane), who asks them to pretend to be straight when they meet his fiancée's conservative parents.
Wanted (2008)
Wanted is a star-studded, fast-paced action thriller starring Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy. Wesley Gibson (McAvoy) is working a dead-end job, living with his cheating girlfriend, and pretty much going nowhere in life. He then discovers that his recently murdered father was part of a secret guild of assassins, and now that his father is dead, Wesley is inducted into the group.
The Addams Family (2019)
They're creepy and they're kooky, mysterious and spooky, they're altogether ooky, they're the Addams family. In this 2019 animated feature, everyone's favorite spooky family fends off a greedy reality TV host while preparing for an important family celebration. It's a charming, fresh take on a classic series, and it's fun for the whole family.
Family Guy: Season 19 Premiere
Family Guy has been keeping families entertained for almost as long as I can remember, and the new season is coming to Hulu at the end of September. The Griffin family is sure to get up to some crazy shenanigans in their 19th season, so don't miss out.
Bob's Burgers: Season 11 Premiere
Bob's Burgers is an animated comedy that focuses on characters as well as comedy. Each member of the family is fully fleshed out, and that makes it stand out from some other shows that sometimes have nonsensical segues just for a quick joke. The show debuts its 11th season at the end of September, and it's well worth tuning into.
Fargo: Season 4 Premiere
Based on the hit Coen brothers movie, Fargo is an anthology crime drama/comedy series that has received rave reviews. The fourth season comes to Hulu in September, and this season, it focuses on two rival crime syndicates vying for control of Kansas City in the 1950s.
