For this fitness-obsessed dad, the focus was on making sure his baby had high percentile weight and being "handsome." When he shared his diet on Twitter, users roasted him.

When he tried to post the same kind of content for his child, it went viral, but not for the right reasons. He ended up starting a heated discussion.

The drama was unleashed when Jrey shared a list of what he feeds his child, along with a picture of his fit family.
In his post, the dad attributes his son being "lean" to the lack of processed food that they feed him. Twitter users didn't see the point of caring if a baby is "lean" or "unusually handsome" as babies need their body fat, and they roasted the dad's parenting.

It's quite natural for babies to be born with a higher body fat percentage (usually around 15 %). In fact, it's healthy.
Since their brain is huge in comparison to their body size, it requires more than half of their energy.
Babies Need Energy For Growth
Having a lot of fat stored helps babies grow and fight illnesses. They get this energy from the extra fat reserves and nutrition such as highly dense food.
That means that a lack of fat or energy can be very harmful. There is no need for them to look "lean" while they try to feed their brains.
