A young man in Idaho got his writing career started very early. At just 8-years-old, he has his first book available at his local library!

A Mysterious Book Appears
Staff at the library found a mysterious handwritten book on the shelf that they had never seen before.
The book entitled "The Adventures of Dillon's Crismis by Dillon His Self" was written by a local 8-year-old named Dillon Helbig.
He Even Illustrated The Pictures Himself
Dillion's mom called the library and told the staff that her son had written the 88-page book by himself by hand.
He then snuck it onto the shelf at the library shelf so that his mom could check it out from the library.
Award-Winning Book
The library staff was so surprised and impressed with the book that they awarded it the 2021 award for the best "Best Young Novelist."
Dillion's career is off to a hot start as he's already an award-winning author!
Available To Reserve
Dillion knows that all authors need to have their books read in order to get their name known.
He has decided to donate the first edition of his book to the library for others to reserve!

The book has become popular and there is a sizable waitlist of people who are eager to read Dillion's book.
They will be able to take out the book as soon as his mom returns it!
