This little girl was obviously dressed by her dad. Our first clue is the mismatched clothing. The second obvious reason to assume dad dressed this little girl is that he layered her shorts with longer shorts underneath. I might not be great at dressing my kids but this was a very obvious dad fail that should have been caught right away. Even the look on the little girls face points to disappointment in how her father chose to dress her on this particular day.
