Prankster Disguises Himself As A Baby In Order To Eat Free At IHOP
Any parent knows that restaurants often have "kids eat free" promotions and they're about as wonderful as you can get when going out to eat. But, in order to use the promotion, your kid typically has to be under 12.
But tell that to two pranksters who took that concept to the next level during a recent trip to IHOP.
Meet Coy And Brian
This is Coy and Brian, and on TikTok, they're known as @cheekyboyos. Together, they are a pair of pranksters who share their shenanigans on TikTok to their nearly 11 million followers.
One of their recent TikToks went viral, and it involves a trip to the neighborhood IHOP. "This was by far the weirdest video we've made," they wrote.
The International House Of Pranksters
In the TikTok, where Coy and Brian often ask viewers to submit outlandish ideas for pranks, the pair settle on a comment from a user who challenges them to "Go to IHOP disguised as a baby and try to get a free kid's meal."
The guys laugh at the absurd thought and then decide to take on the bizarre challenge.
The Baby Disguise
If you've ever eaten at an IHOP before, you'd know that kids often eat free every day from between 4-10 p.m. (with the purchase of an adult entree).
With that in mind, the pair heads off to IHOP to take advantage of the promotion. Coy pushes a stroller where Brian has disguised himself inside like a baby—pacifier and all.
Chicken Tenders, Please
Arriving at the restaurant, Coy asks a server if kids eat free, and after confirming that they do, he finds a table for the father and baby. Upon sitting down, Coy entertains "baby" Brian with toys and prepares a milk bottle for the bouncing baby boy.
When it comes time to order, Coy places an order of kid's chicken tenders.
It's Dinner Time
Once their dinner arrives, Coy feeds Brian a meal of applesauce and chicken tenders after which the pair exchange comedic looks as their elaborate prank nears completion.
But when it comes time to settle the bill, it's what is on the receipt that truly surprises the pair of pranksters.
Kids (And Men Who Pretend To Be Kids) Eat Free
When they go to settle their bill, they're shocked to see that the charge for the $8.39 kid's chicken tender meal has been removed as part of the kids eat free promotion. One of them even mutters, "Oh my god, it actually worked."
So there you have it! Coy and Brian's prank was successful and victory tastes like a platter of free chicken tenders.
